Provider and scope
These terms govern your use of Cozy Cat Sort, provided by CozyTab Labs, LLC. Contact: support@cozytab.com. Use the game subject to applicable law and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, your parent or guardian should review them with you and provide any permission required by local law. Cozy Cat Sort was previously named Cozy Yarn Sort. Its Google Play listing is Cozy Cat Sort: Yarn Puzzle; the app identifier remains com.cozytablabs.yarnsort.
Permission to play
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use a legitimately obtained copy on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial play. Do not unlawfully redistribute, resell or claim ownership of the game, infringe intellectual property rights, or bypass security to gain unauthorized access. Restrictions on copying, modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory legal rights and the licenses for third-party/open-source components remain unaffected.
Offline features and progress
Both editions are free to download and support offline puzzles, without accounts, advertisements or subscriptions. iOS has no in-app purchases. Android offers an optional repeatable Supply Pack containing five of each of four boosters (20 total): Add slot, Pick any, Shuffle and Speed x2. The pack contains no yarn. The US base price is US$1.99; Google Play displays the actual localized price and applicable charges before you confirm. These are consumable game items with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Payment is not required to start playing. Progress and inventory are stored only on this device, without cloud synchronization. Clearing data, uninstalling or device loss can remove unused paid items as well as free progress. Delivered consumables are not restored through a store Restore Purchases action or synchronized to another device. Some puzzles may require in-game tools; free tools are available through gameplay features.
Purchase completion and help
Google Play handles checkout and refunds under its rules and your mandatory consumer rights. A pending, cancelled or failed payment does not grant items. Confirmed purchases are delivered only after verification and a successful local save. If delivery cannot be saved or inventory capacity is insufficient, no items are discarded: return to the lobby Shop and retry after freeing space or using boosters. Reconnect and reopen Shop to check an unfinished purchase. Do not clear app data to troubleshoot a payment. For missing items or a refund request, contact support@cozytab.com with the Google Play order ID and a short description; never send card details, passwords or verification codes. A parent or guardian should approve a minor’s purchases. These terms do not remove statutory refund or other consumer rights.
Updates and availability
We may update content, fix errors or change compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees. Any purchase or refund handled by an app store remains subject to its applicable rules and your statutory rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional Android billing, voluntary email support and website requests. Neither edition includes analytics or advertising. Changes in data handling require updated disclosures and any notice or consent required by applicable law.
Stopping use, changes and disputes
You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time. These terms do not remove rights that mandatory local consumer law gives you, including rights to complain or bring proceedings in a competent court. Contact support@cozytab.com about problems or disputes. Material changes to these terms will carry an updated date and any notice or agreement required by law; they will not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights.
App Store editions
For any edition distributed through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom EULA has been supplied for that edition. These terms do not purport to replace that EULA or make Apple responsible for our support. Platform-specific privacy information must reflect the actual edition provided.
