For game support or privacy requests, email support@cozytab.com. Provider: CozyTab Labs, LLC. You may include the app version, device model and a brief description. Do not send sensitive information.

Local progress

There is no game account or cloud save. Clearing app storage deletes progress, which we cannot recover. Email is voluntary; no logs or attachments are sent automatically.

Purchase support

For Google Play purchase problems, use Check purchases / Retry in the shop. Pending payments do not grant items until confirmed. You can email your order ID and app version to support@cozytab.com; do not send card details or passwords.
