About this policy

CozyTab Labs, LLC provides Cozy Crabs: Pixel Puzzle. This policy covers the Android app and related support. Contact: support@cozytab.com.

Local game data

Progress, inventory and preferences stay on your device. There are no game accounts or cloud saves. Clearing app storage or uninstalling deletes local data, including unused purchased items; we cannot restore it. Gameplay and owned items work offline.

Crash diagnostics

Google Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects crash and error reports, app state, device and app information, installation/session identifiers and session timing to help us fix errors and measure stability. Offline reports may upload later. We do not attach your inventory or purchase details to reports. Crashlytics is enabled in this release; Google Analytics is not included.

Purchases

Google Play handles optional purchases and payment details under its own policies. The game receives purchase and verification information to deliver items, complete transactions with Google Play and prevent duplicate delivery. Delivery records stay on your device. We do not receive your card details.

Support and website

When you email us, we use your email address and anything you provide, such as messages, attachments or order IDs, to answer your request. Our email provider processes this correspondence. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing, security and retention

Firebase processes diagnostics for us; Google Play, Cloudflare and our email provider handle the services described above. Data may be processed outside your country, with legally required safeguards. We do not sell personal information. Diagnostic and purchase-service data is encrypted in transit, and we use reasonable security measures. Crashlytics keeps crash data and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal. Other provider data follows the linked policies. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests, protect our rights or meet legal obligations, then delete it. Information may also be disclosed as required by law. Where applicable, our legal bases are fulfilling your purchase/support request, legitimate interests in stability and security, and legal obligations.

Your rights and updates

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact support@cozytab.com; we may need to verify your request. Uninstalling does not immediately erase reports already sent. The game is not directed to children; contact us about any personal information a child has provided. We will update this policy and provide any legally required notice when our practices change.

Advertising and older test builds

The current Android version has no advertising SDK or advertising ID use. Earlier internal-test builds 1.0.8–1.0.9 included AdMob and privacy controls; when permitted, they processed IP addresses, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for ads, measurement and fraud prevention. Updating removes that integration.
