About this policy
CozyTab Labs, LLC provides the iOS edition of Cozy Crabs: Pixel Puzzle (also listed as Cozy Crabs) for iPhone and iPad. This policy covers this iOS game and related support. Privacy questions: support@cozytab.com.
Offline play
The game does not send us personal or gameplay data. It has no accounts, advertising, tracking, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, in-app purchases, or developer-operated cloud saves. Game progress and preferences are stored on your device.
Deleting local data and device backups
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > General > iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) > Cozy Crabs > Delete App to remove the app and its local data. Offload App keeps documents and data and is not a data-deletion method. Device, iCloud or computer backups may retain app data according to your settings. Manage those backups separately with Apple; restoring a backup may restore saved data. We do not operate a backup service and cannot recover deleted saves.
Support and website
If you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message and optional attachments. Nothing is attached or sent automatically. We use this information only to respond and handle support or privacy requests. Opening a support or policy link uses a browser; Cloudflare, our website host, may process IP addresses, requested URLs and technical request/security logs to deliver and protect the pages. Our policy pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts. This website processing is separate from offline play. Email, browser, operating-system and app-store providers process information under their own policies.
Handling and retention
We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising. Support and hosting providers may process information for us, including abroad; required transfer safeguards apply. We retain it only as needed for support, security and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Where applicable, processing relies on responding to your request, legitimate interests in support and security, or legal obligations. We use reasonable security measures and disclose information if legally required.
Your choices and children
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing support@cozytab.com. We may need proportionate identity verification. You may complain to your local privacy regulator. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us; report any child information sent to us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Updates
We will update this policy and its date when practices change, and provide any notices or consent required before introducing new data processing.
